At Nambo Health Center, the number of vaccinations on March 30, 2022, has been recorded as many as 586 people, or 78.13% of the total 1st, 2nd, and 3rd vaccinations. This shows that vaccination achievements are still far from the vaccination target.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> As many as 750 people, this condition is due to controversy in the community regarding vaccinations, both related to safety, side effects, and the halalness of vaccines, as well as misinformation obtained by the public, resulting in negative perceptions of the COVID-19 vaccine, which makes them hesitant when they are vaccinated against COVID-19. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study was 8,327 people, with a total sample of 99 people using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data was analyzed using the chi-square test.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results of the study found that there was a relationship between perception and public willingness to vaccinate against COVID-19 in the working area of the Nambo Health Center, X2 value = 8.523.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion :</strong> There is a fairly strong relationship between family support and vaccine availability and there is a weak relationship between public perception and vaccine availability in the working area of the Nambo Health Center. It is hoped that health workers in the working area of the Nambo Health Center Will continue to explain to the public that it is important to follow the COVID-19 vaccination. Utilization of such services helps to address sexual and reproductive health problems faced by adolescents and the status of adolescent sexual and reproductive health (SRH) in Nepal is alarming. However, limited studies have been conducted on utilization of Adolescent Friendly Health Services and its associated factors among school adolescents. Thus, this study was carried out to assess the factors associated with utilization of adolescent friendly health services in Sunsari district of Nepal.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a descriptive, cross-sectional study carried out among 502 secondary school adolescents of grade 9 and 10 studying either in public or private schools of Inaruwa Municipality Sunsari District, Nepal. Single stage cluster sampling was followed in this study. Data was collected through administration of pre-tested semi-structured questionnaire during the period of January to March, 2022.</p> <p><strong>Results : </strong>Regarding socio-demographic characteristics, majority of the participants were female (56.2%) compared to male (43.8%). Mean age of the participants was 15 years with standard deviation of 1.359 years and most (92.8%) of them followed Hinduism. More than half of the participants (54.0%) belonged to Madhesi ethnicity and most (61.0%) of them were from nuclear family. Likewise, majority (90.6%) of the adolescents were unmarried whereas 5.6 % were in relationship. More than three-fourth of the participants (79.5%) were staying with their parents. Most participants (53.2%) reported having very close relationship with their family. Similarly, majority (70.9%) of the adolescents had not seen the logo of adolescent friendly health services but three fourth (75.5%) of them had heard about adolescent friendly health services. Only 38.5% of participants were known about the availability of adolescent friendly health institution in their locality and more than three fourth (79.9%) of participants said that the time required to reach health facility was less than 30 minutes. Less than one fourth (24.1%) of the participants had felt needs for sexual and reproductive health services. The utilization of adolescent friendly health services among adolescents was low i.e., 14.5% (CI: 0.115-0.176) and more than half (54.8%) of them had used counselling services. A total of 16 farmers were trained using lecture and practice methods and power point presentation media and leaflets. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon sign rank test. Training material on balanced nutrition and nutritional content and the benefits of corn and carrots for body health.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in farmers' knowledge about balanced nutrition and nutritional content and the benefits of corn and carrots for health. After the training, almost all of the participants' knowledge increased. Where participants who scored above 70 after the training increased by 25%, from 62.5% to 87.5%. The test results showed that there was a significant difference between farmers' knowledge before and after training (p=0.006 &lt;0.05).</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Nutrition science training using lecture and practice methods, as well as the use of media power point presentations and leaflets have a significant effect on increasing farmers' knowledge in healthy agro-tourism locations based on agricultural and health education in Lebojaya Village, Konda District. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the presence of vectors on passenger ships.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This type of research is observational. The population is a local passenger ship that anchors at 4 ports in Kendari City, with a population of 44 ships and a sample of 40 ships.with the sampling technique is systematic random sampling.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results of the study used the Chi Square test between sanitary conditions and the presence of cockroaches (15.708&gt;3.841), there was a relationship between sanitary conditions and the presence of rats (14.249&gt;3.841), there was a relationship between temperature and the presence of cockroaches (9.724&gt;3.841), there was a relationship between temperature and the presence of rats (7.901&gt;3.841).</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> There were relationship between sanitary conditions and temperature with the presence of cockroach and rat vectors on passenger ships mooring at the Port of Kendari City. A standard questionnaire was prepared, to conduct the survey based on patient’s demographic data such as which utilization of drug, age, gender, therapy and medication.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: Out of 111 patients, antibiotics Levofloxacin is highly prescribed to the patients. It is prescribed to 92 (82.90%) people. Cefixime is prescribed for 37 (41.07%) people, Ciprofloxacin is prescribed for 29 (26.12%) patients, Ofloxacin is prescribed for 5 (4.5%) and Nitrofurantoin is prescribed for least for number of people and it is prescribed for 4 (3.6%) patients.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Fluroquinolones and Cephalosporins were the most commonly prescribed antibiotics in this study. Culture sensitivity test was carried out only in a limited number of cases, and present findings together with previous ones are suggestive of the need for periodic monitoring of antibiotic sensitivity pattern of the bacterial isolates to provide effective treatment and thereby to make it more cost effective particularly in the developing countries like Nepal. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the quality of life of people withT2DM based on the SF-36 questionnaire, to improve the factors that can be changed to improve the quality of life of people with T2DM.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This literature review search from 3 databases used including google scholar, PubMed, and the garuda portal with the year of publication of the article in 2015-2021. Some of the literature states similar factors that affect the quality of life of people with T2DM..</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Factors that affect the quality of life of people with T2DM, include age, gender, education, complications, and duration of diabetes. However, behind this progress there is a price that must be paid by the people of Indonesia, namely the negative impact it causes in the form of disasters, accidents, pollution, and occupational diseases that result in thousands of people being injured every year.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This study uses a mixed method.
